I contacted Paper Trails after making several phone calls to get documents served. Other businesses wanted large retainers and/or were unwilling to provide service in two different cities.
Melissa at Paper Trails provided clear and reasonable fees, and was extremely helpful in explaining the process involved (generous with her time, and used plain language). The staff completing the 'serve' Brooke was very professional and also took the time to explain the process/next steps.
Had legal issue that needed attention. One phone call and one email later Missy had my information and the issue was dealt with within 24 hours.
